I am a Clinical Herbalist and Integrative Natural Health Practitioner based in the Red Orchid Wellness Clinic in Nowra, NSW. I believe in empowering clients, particularly women, to make more informed health and lifestyle choices and to find their own unique path to improved health, vitality and wellbeing.

Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine allow me to approach health and healing holistically, considering the body as a whole and aiming to identify the root cause of a health concern, not simply address symptoms. The focus is to support the bodies innate ability to heal itself and to restore harmony and functionality to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
