A comprehensive consultation in which a detailed overview of your health history and presenting health concern is obtained. This information is carefully considered, along with individual health goals to formulate a treatment plan.

Follow Up Consultation

45mins (in person or online) =$100

During a follow up consultation, we will discuss your progress and treatment plan from the initial consultation. Any new areas you may wish to address can also be discussed if time permits.
Follow up consultations are only available to clients who have attended an initial consultation.

What to expect during a consultation

I use a combination of evidence-based natural medicine, herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle changes and energetics to formulate treatment plans that are client focused and holistic.
As life is busy and already so full for most of us, my treatment plans are simple and easy to integrate into everyday life.

My recommendations may include herbal remedies (liquid herbs, teas, topical applications), nutritional supplements and nutrition and lifestyle advice while respecting client preferences and individual financial circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice and no fee will apply.
  

• If less than 24 hours notice is provided or you miss your appointment, 50% of the consultation fee will apply.
